Our private lessons have been so popular and it’s no surprise — we have super-duper skilled and friendly instructors! And they love to teach. If you plan on visiting the Delaware Beaches and you’ve always wanted to learn to knit or crochet, now is your time.

Why a private lesson? Maybe you’re in town and our group class schedule doesn’t line up with your schedule. Maybe you would benefit from 1:1 instruction. Maybe you have a specific project/technique you would like to learn.

One of our locals is working on learning brioche with Fran. Karl (seen here) was visiting Rehoboth Beach and wanted to learn to knit, so he met with Randi every morning of his trip and now look at him go! Michelle just worked with someone on getting the hang of basic crochet stitches.

Knowing our customers, pretty much every day is knit-in-public-day around here. But it’s officially Worldwide Knit in Public Day this Saturday, June 13th. So join us in the shop (crocheters, spinners, and weavers are always welcome too!) or grab a bench right outside of the shop on Baltimore. It’s going to be a gorgeous day. ☀️🧶

Starting this Thursday, we’re adding a special summertime community crafting session. Bring your project and your beach chair to the beach at the end of our street (Baltimore Ave). Every Thursday morning 8am-10am. Easy and free parking before the meters turn on. Join us!

Does our class schedule not quite line up with yours? Book a private knitting or crochet lesson. These sessions can be for absolute beginners or experienced makers who are looking for one-on-one help with a project or technique.

Beginner knitting, crochet, and spinning group classes are held once a month. Beyond beginner classes are project-based and meet over one or two sessions. Hope to see you there!
