Part Time Position

Monday-Friday 12PM - 4PM

$15.00 - $18.00 Hour (DOE)

2 or more years experience working in Office/Warehouse environment

Job Duties Include:

Processing Sales Orders for Warehouse Fulfillment

Invoicing and Billing Customers

Responsible for Filing and Outgoing Mail

Front Desk Receptionist

Answering Phones and Assisting Customers

Working together with Sales and Marketing Department with special tasks as required

Be a Team Player, Self Motivated and Dependable

NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE

· Knowledgable in MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel

· Experience with Quickbooks and Imac

· Bookkeeping and Accounting background

· Proficient in 10-key

· Must be Detail Oriented, Accurate and Possess Good Listening Skills

Please note: There is a possibility this could turn into a full-time position. Should this occur, Full Benefits (Medical, Dental and Life Insurance) will be provided for spouse and dependents, company sponsored 100%.
