Repaired five out of six spring bottoms on this lovely antique Jacobean set. Learned quite a bit along the way in regards to finding the most optimal way to repair such delicate pieces but am excited to see where this realm of my love for antiques go!

Depthbed is officially a year old today. A year ago today I was enduring what most everyone was enduring—unsure of my path as COVID-19 generated doubt and listlessness for everyone. I had passion internally and needed an outlet.

I pushed around the idea for quite a while and started doing e-commerce with jewelry re-sell and found inspiration again by creating this brand. With the support of close friends and family, I was able to make this fever dream a reality.

A year later, with endless support from my loved ones and inspiration from the local businesses rooted in Richmond, VA I am finally pursuing an LLC and going to make my passion a reality.

To see such lovely people compelled by the items I curate, and maintain it feels incredibly validating to continue this journey.
