Great design endures because it anticipates the future. By prioritizing accessible layout fundamentals, continuous radiant heated floors, and durable material selections, a well-engineered space gracefully evolves alongside your home's changing chapters. From the vertical American Olean field tile and flush linear trough drain to the floating wood vanity and adjoining training studio, every detail was crafted for low-barrier accessibility and long-term versatility.

Creating an accessible first-floor suite should never mean sacrificing elevated aesthetics or warm, residential style. 🌿 By embedding functionality directly into architectural details, we designed a vanity alcove that pairs zero-barrier accessibility with refined design. Featuring a custom floating wood vanity with an integrated trough sink for wheelchair floor clearance, a circular backlit halo-LED mirror, and durable tile accents, every element was selected for both performance and everyday comfort.

When a home needs to adapt to evolving family care requirements, true design-build work means rethinking the floor plan from the ground up. For this transformation, our team opened up walls and reconfigured a former den into a seamless living suite, complete with an accessible bath, private closet, and frosted glass exterior entrance. From the floating wood vanity and halo-LED mirror to the zero-entry shower, built-in closet, and private frosted glass entry, every detail was engineered for seamless spatial flow and wheelchair accessibility.

When remodeling a home untouched for decades, bringing cohesion across multiple spaces comes down to intentional material selections and precision ex*****on. From the rich Maple Vintage Ash custom cabinetry and expanded glass walk-in shower in the primary suite to the bold Sherwin-Williams Naval vanity in the hall bath, both spaces celebrate tailored, functional design.

Classic design with a playful, bold statement. 💙

When updating a kids' hall bath, the goal is balancing everyday durability with timeless style that grows alongside the family. For this 1960s overhaul, we introduced a rich dose of Sherwin-Williams Naval across the custom vanity and full-room wall molding, creating a tailored, sophisticated look rather than something strictly nautical.

Swipe to see how thoughtful design-build planning transformed this space from demo to completion!

A primary bath built to last for decades.

In this primary bathroom overhaul, warm maple cabinetry in a Vintage Ash finish adds natural depth against crisp white subway tile, a custom glass shower enclosure, and classic marble-look hexagon floor tile. From framing and waterproofing behind the walls to setting custom niches, every stage of our design-build process is focused on long-term performance and a look that will last for decades.

Neutral doesn't mean quiet. White quartz, soft gray walls, large-format floor tile. Then one accent color and lighting with a point of view. The linear sconces mount onto the mirror rather than the wall, and the makeup vanity floats so the floor keeps running underneath it. That's the modern formula: a restrained base, deliberate accents.

A barrier-free shower that doesn't look like one. This basement bath was built as a wet room: the floor pitched two inches, a linear drain along the back wall, and one fixed glass panel instead of a door or a curb. The tile runs continuously from floor to wall, which makes a small room read longer than it is. Modern design is function first. The look follows.

Flat-front cabinetry running to the ceiling, matte black hardware, honed black granite, and a black-framed frosted glass pantry door that hides the clutter without hiding the craftsmanship. The metallic herringbone backsplash is what keeps a restrained palette from reading flat. Contrast in texture, not in ornament.
