If you’re interested in an item please inquire for pricing, I will respond to your comment regarding pricing. If you would like to purchase comment sold and I’ll respond with payment instructions. If you decided to pass on the item, no comment is needed.
We will no longer provide extra details regarding smaller items, measurements, additional pictures. For smaller items, if you’re unsure I invite you to attend the on-site estate sale.
Please only purchase off the post not expired dates. That allows us to stay current with presales and not get confused. The last thing we want to do is pull the wrong item or miss something.
If you mark something sold, please pay your invoice within 24hours.
Keep in mind, I’m “normally” the only estate liquidator that offers presales, so lots of time goes into this for my customers. So my goal is to make it as easy for my customers and myself.
My contracts with my estates there are no early pickups so when you purchase a item please make sure your able to pickup during the on-site estate sale or if it’s a online only sale make sure you can pickup during the items allocated. Thank you so much
