Loaded cheesy chicken potatoe casserole 🔥
Cut 6-8 russet potatoes in cubes
1lb boneless chicken, cubed
In a bowl mix together 1/4 cuo of olive oil with seasonings of your choice (I used salt pepper paprika and garlic)
Combine chicken and potatoes and toss in olive oil mixture
Place potatoes & chicken mixture into a casserole dish
Bake in oven on 400 for 60 minutes
Take out of oven sprinkle with any shredded cheese of your choice, cooked bacon, and green onions and place back into oven for 5 minutes
And you're ready to serve!

Easiest peanut butter fudge!
I had all the ingredients on hand so I figured I would give it a try. Excuse the presentation, I really didn’t think it would turn out so good & I didn’t cut it the neatest lol!
2 cups of sugar
1/2 cup of milk
1 cup of peanut butter (I used extra crunchy)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Boil sugar & milk together for about 3 minutes (sugar needs to be completely dissolved so the texture won’t be gritty). Add peanut butter & vanilla extract & stir until smooth. Pour into 8x8 & let cool.

•Crockpot Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta••

Ingredients:
•1 (12 oz.) Bottle of Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce
•2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
•1 cup Milk
•8 oz. Cream Cheese, (Cut into Blocks)
•1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
•12 oz. Pasta

Instructions:
•Place chicken in bottom of crockpot. Pour entire bottle of Parmesan Garlic Sauce over chicken.
•Fill Parmesan Garlic Sauce Bottle with milk and shake.
•Add milk and remaining sauce to crockpot.
•Add cream cheese cut into blocks.
•Add parmesan cheese and stir everything together to combine and coat chicken.
•Cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
•Shred Chicken with two forks and return to crockpot, mix to combine in sauce.
•Cook pasta according to package and pour pasta into crockpot. Stir to combine and serve!

Note: This recipe is spicy!

Quick, easy, and Not overly expensive. I've been teaching our 13 year old new easy to make recipes, tonight I taught him this one. It's all cooked in one pan on the stove top.
1 pound ground meat, brown
12ish small potatoes, or however many you want, diced. Add to pan once meat is browned, stir occasionally until tender.
1 can cream soup, whatever kind you like
3/4 cup of milk (I was out so used water and sour cream mixed together)
Add milk and soup once potatoes are cooked.
Whatever seasoning you like then mix.
Sprinkle with cheese and Serve

Found this on Instagram so I thought I’d try it out tonight. It’s shredded chicken gravy on mashed potatoes.
2 cans cream of chicken
2 cans water
2 packets chicken gravy
2 packs chicken breast
Mashed potatoes(I use the ones that come in a bag and just add some butter)
-
1. Throw the cream of chicken, water, and chicken gravy packets into crockpot.
2. Season chicken breast with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
3. Place chicken in crockpot and let cook on low for 7-8 hours.
4. Take chicken out and pull apart with 2 forks then re add into crock pot then serve on mashed potatoes.
Rolls go great with it. There’s only 2 of us so I’ll have plenty of leftovers but there’s definitely enough to feed at least 5 people or feed you for multiple days.

Tonight’s dinner. So easy to make.

2-3 chicken breasts; cubed
3-5 small to medium potatoes
2 cans green beans(I used 1 1/2 cans)
1 pkg dry Italian dressing mix
1 melted stick of butter

Place chicken, potatoes and beans in pan. Then sprinkle Italian pack over everything then drizzle the butter over top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for an hour and 10 minutes.

There were no leftovers.

Easy Breakfast Cheese Danish

2 cans ready to use refrigerated crescent rolls
2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 egg white

Glaze:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 Tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350* degrees and grease a 13X9-inch baking pan. Lay a pack of crescent rolls in the pan and pinch the openings together. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg together until smooth. Spread the mixture over the crescent rolls evenly and then lay the second pack of crescent rolls on top of the cheese mixture and brush with egg white. Bake for 35-45 minutes until the top is golden brown. Top with glaze after cooling for 20 minutes.

Mom’s Famous Cream Puffs

Ingredients
For the Cream Puffs:

1 stick (8 tablespoons) butter
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
For Mom’s Famous Filling:

1 pint heavy cream
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
â…“ cup milk
Instructions

Prepare the Cream Puff Dough:

In a medium saucepan, combine the butter, water, and vanilla extract. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Reduce the heat to low and add the flour, stirring constantly until the mixture pulls away from the sides of the pot and forms a smooth ball.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the dough cool for a few minutes.
Incorporate the Eggs:

Using an electric mixer or a wooden spoon, beat in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each egg is fully incorporated before adding the next. The dough should become smooth and glossy.
Form the Puffs:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Drop the dough onto the baking sheet by tablespoons, spacing them evenly apart to allow room for expansion.
Bake the Puffs:
