What a day at ’s Craft + Design Show! I joined ⁠
on the inaugural R•Home curated tour and served as one of the jurors for the first-ever R•Home Designer’s Choice Award. A tough job because the talent this year was off the charts.⁠

The makers who exhibit here always impress and remind me why I love what I do: bold ideas💡, meticulous craftsmanship🧵🔨, and artists🎨👩🏻‍🎨⁠
who push their medium in ways that feel completely fresh. These are a few of the pieces that stopped me in my tracks—full of wit, texture, storytelling, and serious technique.⁠

What a fun fabric and wallpaper presentation with ⁠
The highlight were the new embroidered fabrics: combining Old World charm with modern patterns. I’m already excited to incorporate several into my ongoing projects.⁠

I knew I was still in Virginia… but it felt like a long weekend at a British country manor. Keswick Hall is beautifully designed in that quietly luxurious way — nothing crowded, nothing flashy, just comfort layered with intention.⁠
From the snooker table in the game room to the intimate sitting spaces, every detail says ‘come in and stay awhile.’ A perfect getaway close to home! ⁠

Last week, I kicked off my birthday week in style at the stunning Hotel!✨ Meeting up with family and friends for a delicious dinner made the evening truly special. It was a great start to a great week, which already seems to be ages ago! Time flies, and this year I’m trying to stay present to enjoy all these special moments and beautiful spaces. Cheers to get-togethers in memorable places! 🎉 🥳

A Très Petite Guest Bathroom Design⁠
