Get your treasure-hunting skills ready because the Peachtree 23 Yard Sale is ALMOST HERE! 🛍️🚗💰

We’ve gathered a few frequently asked questions to help make your shopping experience as easy and enjoyable as possible:

📍 1. Is this one big store?
No! This is a multi-town event stretching along Highway 23 from Modoc, SC to Leesville, SC. Businesses, homeowners, churches, organizations, and vendors all rent or offer spaces to sell their items.

🛒 2. What kind of items will I find?
A little bit of everything! From unique thrifted treasures and antiques to handmade crafts, boutique items, farmers, food trucks, home décor, collectibles, and so much more.

⏰ 3. What time does it start?
Since this is made up of individual vendors, businesses, and homeowners, start times vary. Most vendors begin around sunrise and continue into the afternoon, but each seller sets their own hours.

📅 4. Will the same vendors be there both days?
Not necessarily. Some homeowners may only be available Friday or Saturday, and some vendors may sell out early or choose to attend only one day. Every day offers something a little different!

🗺️ 5. Where is the yard sale located?
The sale runs along Highway 23 from Modoc, SC to Leesville, SC. Ridge Spring, SC—where the event originally began—remains the central hub and will be filled with vendors throughout town.

❤️ 6. How can I support the event?
The Town of Ridge Spring is incredibly grateful for the dedicated volunteers who help make this event possible. These volunteers work hard to assist vendors and shoppers while helping provide amenities such as restrooms, picnic tables, information stations, and more.

Be sure to stop by the FORS (Friends of Ridge Spring) table at the farmers market and grab an exclusive yard sale t-shirt! Proceeds help cover expenses necessary to make this event possible and support future community projects.

 We closed at 3 o’clock today because we are celebrating the graduation of  oh my daughter, Kailey!!! I am so very proud to see her walk that stage tonight!!!!
 So let’s all give Kailey a big shout out and I look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow and this weekend!!!!

🥰 Many thanks to those who served our country !

🇺🇸 On Memorial Day, every fold of a flag carries meaning. That last fold though, the one placed into the hands of a grieving family, says more than any words can.

Today we pause for the men and women who gave everything for this country. We honor their memory, their families, and the story told in every fold. We may not know them all but we owe them all. 🇺🇸
