To all of our wifi network customers, and Audio/Visual customers.
With power, and internet service disruptions From the storm, I have been contacted by many clients about service disruptions.
There are still many areas with no service from internet providers .They are working as quickly as they can to restore all service!
Once internet service comes back online, reboot your modem, and your Wi-Fi router. Once rebooted, If you are using your own router separate from modem, reboot that as well.
For EERO networks follow this path.
Open EERO app go to settings/network settings/scroll to bottom of page and select restart network.
This will cause the system to reconnect to any devices that may have been disconnected and resolve most conflicts.
If you have a different type of network follow it’s instructions for rebooting.
