This is my mom's special homemade lasagna recipe with beef, pork and home made tomato sauce and a deliciously mozzarella cheese filling. A more traditional homemade lasagna filling would be made with ricotta but here in the States it is impossible to find both of them. The result is excellent anyway, of course 😉!
