Working with an interior designer who understand building and construction can help you get EXACTLY what you want—including custom designed furniture. Our client's love mid-century modern design and for their tight bathroom, nothing seemed quite right.

That's where we worked our magic and designed a custom vanity and cabinet with the following features:
➡️ Hand-picked walnut with strategically placed graining during the build
➡️ Integrated lighting in the tall cabinet for charging a razor, electric toothbrush etc.
➡️ Rounded drawer cutouts instead of metal hardware

Don't be afraid of dark cabinets—especially black cabinets. It looks amazing.

Most homeowners make the mistake of thinking the room will be too dark. But the cabinetry needs to be taken into context with the rest of the room:
➡️ Amount of windows
➡️ Backsplash color
➡️ Wall and ceiling color

This question doesn’t help you at all unless you have some context:

➡️ What level of work did the contractor do?

➡️ Were there surprises during demo?

➡️ What were the levels of cabinetry, appliances, and finishes?

➡️ Was there scope creep?

The cost of renovation might sound high or low, but you won’t know for sure until you know EVERYTHING that’s involved!

Designs almost never get built out EXACTLY how they’re originally drawn. Often tweaks need to be made after the spaces are gutted.
