We made ✌️ trips to Sycamore Farms today, to begin setting up for Junkstock! Can't wait to transform our tent, with all of the goodies we plan to bring!

Its been 1 week, since I got a phone call from my friend Annie, telling me that Painted Tree Boutiques was going to file Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and close 61 stores across the United States immediately, meaning at that moment, that Tuesday, April 14th morning! Russ and I rushed to the store and packed up our space, not knowing if the South Pointe Mall landlord would lock the vendors out or give us time to pack up. 📦 Luckily, the landlord was wonderful to all of the vendors and we had time to remove our things! But, dismantling our booth was not on our BINGO card for the day. It was a very sad day! 😪

We'd like to thank the wonderful customers at the Painted Tree in Lincoln, for your awesome support! Elyse and her staff were the best and the fellow vendors were so sweet & truly cared about making the Lincoln Painted Tree a huge success! Remember, this was a corporate issue, not a local one!

Luckily for us, this was not our sole source of income. This whole business thing is more of a "side hustle!" Others aren't as lucky. If possible, please support local and small businesses! Everytime a small business makes a sale, a happy dance takes place! 💃🩰🕺

We are so excited to be vendors at Spring Junkstock! It's starts on Friday, May 1st. Due to a college graduation, we will only be set-up for the 1st weekend. However, we will be there for both weekends in the fall! See you soon!
