This custom built snow pusher is currently available at a first come first served basis. It is 20' wide, 5 foot tall, 5 foot deep having a 1/4" thick mull board and 3/4" thick ends. All the tubing is 1/4" thick wall. This snow pusher is fully welded, sand blasted, primed and painted. The shoes are AR400. All it needs is the edge put on. We were a manufacturer of snow pushers and this one was ordered for a large lot. The approximate weight is 4,200 lbs. *Back Hoe / loader Steel Trip model :

These models have two or three independent adjustable steel trip edges depending on width of unit. They are fabricated and designed to allow for adjustment(s) do to wear. This allows the user the ability to maintain a fresh edge. Standard units are 43" tall x 45" deep x 10' to 20' wide. End plates are fabricated from 1/2" thick steel that have been extended in the rear of the unit to help with keeping the unit level during use. Standard shoes are reversible 1" x 5". Up graded shoes made of AR400 are available. Quick couplers are available.

*Back Hoe / loader rubber edge model :

The same materials and thicknesses are used in the construction of the rubber edged units as the trip models. The rubber edge is 1 1/2" thick x 10" wide, tensile strength is 2500 lb. They are slotted to allow for adjustment(s) do to wear. Quick couplers are available.

*Skid Steer steel trip Model :

This model has an universal quick coupler plate that allows the pusher to float vertically as well as horizontally. Standard model has two adjustable steel trip edges. Constructed with 5/16" plate and 1/4" walled tubing and U-Chanel. Shoes are reversible 1" thick x 4" wide.

*Skid Steer rubber edge model :

This model has an universal quick coupler welded directly on the back of the unit. Constructed with 5/16" plate and 1/4" walled tubing and U-Chanel. Shoes are reversible 1" thick x 4" wide. The slotted rubber edge is 1" thick x 8" wide having a 2500 lb tensile strength.

All units come ready to use having grade 8 hardware installed on shoes and cutting edges. Every model is welded SOLID on both sides of every seam, then sandblasted, primed and painted with a 2 part epoxy paint.

Want a quick coupler.... NO PROBLEM!!!!! Want a different color than orange to match your equipment.... NO PROBLEM!!!!
We are a complete fabrication shop having waterjet cutting capabilities. Fabricating any type of attachment (bracket you may need or want) to attach these pushers to your machine, is not a problem.

The stage has been set for our new challenge!! We have been contracted to build a 20' wide steel trip edge pusher with four independent trip edges having the same height of 5' and depth of 5' as this 16' wide in the picture we built just a few years ago. Heading to northern New England in just three weeks. Build pictures to follow.....

So the challenge was asked to us to fabricate a snow pusher that when in use was 14' wide that could fold and go down the road. Well.... here it is! This 14' snow pusher is 14' wide when in use and just 10' wide going down the road. Being all mechanical, it will adapt to any back hoe or loader of the appropriate size to handle this beast. Sides fold inward in just a few seconds. A short video was posted.

Another pre-season delivery. This 12 foot rubber edged pusher has an unique quick coupler and was painted Breast Cancer Awareness Pink. A donation to the Susan B. Koman Breast Cancer Awareness Fund will presented on behalf of the customer by Hydro Cutter Inc. The second pusher is our standard steel trip edged model. All of our models are welded solid, thicker materials are used than the competition and every unit is sand blasted, primed & painted. All that is left to install is the AR400 cutting edge to this custom built, 14 foot duel paddle steel trip edged snow pusher. As you can see it was built for a very large fork truck, a 34,000 LB fork truck having 8" wide by 90" long forks. Just in time for the Northeaster snow storm coming tomorrow afternoon.
