Thank you Lord for the changing seasons! As summer comes to a close, I've been more and more excited for Fall 🍂 Fall is a season that ushers in cooler weather which gets my family out of the house more and we tend to make a lot of memories together in the Fall season ❤️ From apple picking in the mountains to Fall festivals, we squeeze it all in! It also leads us into the holiday season which is always my favorite time of the year😊 So as we prepare to shut the door on one season and welcome the next, may we pause to give thanks to The Lord for being so thoughtful in creating seasons for us to enjoy here on this beautiful Earth ❤️ I hope you have a blessed Sunday friends!!!

Good Saturday morning! I hope your weekend is off to a great start 😊 About a month or so ago I posted that our Luna Rose hibiscus was blooming and that I'd post more pictures once she was full of blooms. Well she's definitely been showing off this week lol. She had slowed down blooming the last couple weeks and I thought it was almost done blooming. This week it decided to bloom like crazy!!! It's gotten so big it's flowing over into other potted plants🤦 My sedum plants are growing huge right now too and are starting to turn their beautiful coral pink color. Once they've fully changed colors I'll be sure to share them with you😊 I hope everyone has an amazing and restful weekend!!!❤️

Happy Friday friends! We made it to another weekend ❤️ This past Wednesday when I was working at The Plow, one of my sweet vendor friends had just come back from a 2 week vacation to Ireland. She brought me back a beautiful Celtic scarf which is the softest material ever! She also brought back treasures from Ireland for her booth! While I was saying hi to her, my eye caught this adorable brass kitten figurine. It's super heavy and solid. She mentioned the guy she purchased it from was telling her it was made from scrap brass from ships in the same shipyard in Belfast that The Titanic was built! I immediately scooped it up and purchased it haha. You know I can't pass up a cute and unique cat trinket, especially one with so much history! 😻 It's found its home on a stack of antique books on our living room fireplace mantel 😊 If you want to see what other treasures Michele Miele Iorio brought back from Ireland, be sure to check out her booth #116 in the back building of The Plow at Handsmill this weekend!!! Happy Thursday everyone! I hope your day is off to a great start! I spent a couple hours yesterday in my booth moving things out and around to make space for some Fall decor. I was able to put most of what I had in it luckily 😊 I didn't go overboard with Fall decor this year, however Christmas will be a different story lol. I have tucked away way too many Christmas treasures this whole year to the point where I might have to start trickling in Christmas early just to make a dent in my inventory haha🤦 I put myself on a no more buying Christmas strict rule a couple months ago. I broke my own rule a couple times 😂 I've started slowly decorating the inside of my house for Fall this year too, but my favorite area to decorate is our front porch and flower bed! I can't wait for fresh mums and pumpkins to start popping up at our local stores and for the 90+ degree temps to chill out so I can get to it❤️ If you're local and want to bring some Fall charm into your home, be sure to stop by The Plow at Handsmill and check out all the beautiful vendors booths and stop by my booth #75 in the back building to pickup a cutie or two!!!😊 Hope you all have a great day friends!

Happy "What in the world is this Wednesday and how do you use it?!" Today's treasure isn't necessarily vintage, but it's cute and fun!😊 It's a little hand carved wooden frog instrument called a Guiro made in Thailand. You take the little stick out of its mouth and rub it down the back spines to make a fun musical sound! You can find this cutie in Christina Caffrey Peele booth #90 in the back building of The Plow at Handsmill ❤️ I hope everyone has a wonderful Wednesday!!!

I'm so sad to hear about Dolly passing!!!😭 I'm not a country music fan, but I am a Dolly fan! She just seemed to have such a sweet loving spirit about her. I always loved when she did music collabs with Christian artists too. My mom would have Kenny Rogers and Dolly Partons Christmas album on repeat in the month of December when I was a little girl. I wanted to share a beautiful cover of Jolene my niece Kassidy did back when she was going to school for music several years ago in Nashville in honor of Dolly❤️

Happy Tuesday friends! I wanted to share some of the beautiful treasures my honey and I picked up over the weekend 😊 Brass is still popular, but silver is making a big comeback this year! Anytime I see beautiful silver plated pieces or sterling, I snag them. I need to polish up the 2 silver candlesticks with the gold detailing, but aren't they all so pretty?! I know a lot of people like colored glass, but I'm a sucker for ornate clear glass pieces, especially crystal! I picked up these vintage crystal coasters with a spoon rest attached and this vintage crystal oval ashtray. These old vintage ashtrays make adorable little trinket trays! You can use it to hold your rings by the kitchen or bathroom sink, to toss your keys in, and it also would be great on a desk to hold paperclips, push pins, etc. I saved the best for last! We also picked up this entire set of vintage Blue Willow dishes! So many people collect blue willow pieces, especially the antique ones. It's such a pretty and timeless pattern!😍
So now tell me are you team brass or silver and team clear glass or colored glass?!

Good morning everyone! I hope you had a great weekend 😊 Just thought I'd share some Monday morning cuteness with you. Does anyone else have more photos of their pets in their phone than their own human family lol?! I literally can't resist Rupert's cuteness and take a picture of him daily even if he's just snuggled in his bed sleeping 😂 I know he's like seriously hooman, do you have nothing better to do with your time?!😹 My phone used to be over ran with cute pictures of my son, but he's a teenager now and well you know pictures are a teenage boys kryptonite lol! I hope everyone has a great start to your week and a happy Monday!!!❤️

Good Sunday morning friends! I hope the weekend is treating you well😊 Did you know our greatest commandment in the Bible is to love? Love the Lord your God and love your neighbor as yourself. Love can be a tricky thing at times, especially loving your neighbor or loving yourself! Today I encourage you to look within yourself and speak over your heart all the things you love about YOU! Often times we focus on our negatives and all the things the world, our enemies, or even our own minds make us believe about ourselves. So today try to take a moment to think about all the beautiful things God calls you, His beloved child, precious, valued, accepted, chosen, redeemed, and loved more than you know! I hope you find time to rest in the Lord and have a blessed and beautiful day❤️😊

All I had to say at breakfast this morning was "3 more days people for my most favorite time of the year" for my hubby to quickly pull this video up and play it lol🤣 He knows me all too well and loves to sing this song to me every year🤦 Pumpkin spice lovers unite!!! It should come with its own special superpower 😂 The Fall menu released at Dunkin this week, but Starbucks is my fav and it releases this Tuesday August 25th!
