My favorite The Rock House Antiques find now filled with trays a year in the making, working with artisans in Morocco to bring these designs to life. Warm brass frames, colorful patterns, and a craftsman’s touch. DM me for more information.

New Martha & Ash draperies, a beautiful Pineville RugGallery rug, and updated upholstery in Lisa Bower-Schumacher SC brought all the love of blue and white into this dining room. That’s the joy of working with pieces you love with the right additions to make them shine.

When you go back the second day to hopefully get the light fixtures that you missed and the house was pretty much empty since the estate sale was so good. In true McALPINE fashion a house full of unique details and mystery. The attention to proportion, materials, transitions and tiny details firsthand was the most valuable takeaway even over my great finds that day.

💡hung her fathers beautiful chandelier

🪑reupholstered her grandmother’s chairs

🪡 designed custom draperies to draw your eyes out to their beautiful yard

This ‘Luzon’ wallpaper always reminds me of the peaceful green and blue days of summer. It’s a hard season to say goodbye to especially when I have one leaving for college next week!
Are you thinking about the rooms you’ll want to enjoy later in the year now that summer is ending? Now is the time to start planning them since wallpaper takes time to source, sample, order and install.
If there’s a room you’ve been thinking would be better wrapped in wallpaper book a consultation and let’s get it on the calendar. Click on link in bio for more information.

✨Wallpaper is a Gateway Drug✨

It started with Cole & Son (Wallpapers) Ltd stripe then the foyer needed more so BACKDROP Schumacher was next up.

I love how this ceiling pattern pulls from 19th & 20th century neoclassical motifs found in Schumacher’s archives, reworking cherubs, shells, and jeweled butterfly garlands into something unexpected.
