It is with very heavy hearts that we announce the closing of Gathered Home Goods. This decision comes after many emotional conversations, sleepless nights, and a great deal of prayer.
For the past 4.5 years Gathered has been more than a shop. It’s been a place where stories, vintage finds, and thoughtfully made pieces came together. We’ve loved every moment of creating, building and sharing this space with you. While the flood deeply impacted us, the reality is that downtown foot traffic had been declining even before then, and the ongoing trends have made it clear that closing is the most responsible step forward.
We are endlessly grateful for everyone who walked through our doors, followed us from Rock Rapids to Rock Valley, shared a kind word or brought a friend to shop. Your support, encouragement, and belief in what we were building meant more to us than we can ever put into words.
Please continue to support the small businesses you love. Your presence truly matters more than you know.
