OK, I don’t usually do this and I’m not a negative Nancy, but boy is my butt raw over this one.

My husband got this notification a couple of days ago and then sent it to me. If you guys know about the squishy’s, then you know! I was going to be the great Mimi and have a couple of them waiting for them when they come to visit so we could open them together.

I got up bright and early this morning sucked down my coffee in a flash and headed over there bright and early. I was there 30 minutes before they opened and I even stood at the door. The young girl come and told me that they didn’t open till nine, but that didn’t determine me. I was determined to get my babies a squishy!

Once they open the door, I rushed in and asked where are they? The girl looked at me and said they were sold out. In return I replied “you just opened!” She said that they stocked them yesterday and that they sold out. Well I showed her my ad and on the ad it says the 12th. All of that running around and waiting for nothing.

Now it’s not a big deal because my grandbabies don’t really need them, but I wanted to get them one. I was so upset. Now I know it’s not the people who worked there’s fault. It was the main office that told them to stock them the day before. I mean come on why even send out an ad. I will not be shopping in there and I will be contacting their corporate office to let them know what I think of what they did.

The day wasn’t a total bust because since I got up early, I might as well see what Goodwill had. I bought myself a jumper, a pair of pants and a cute pair of new leather sandals, all blinged out and everything!
