This project is one of the most rewarding projects in my 20 plus years of renovating. The before pics were taken after we had started hauling stuff out of the house. We took 40 yards of carpet, furniture and trash out of this place. They had rabbits roaming freely in the house. You can see the cocoa pebbles (p**p) everywhere. The stench was unbearable. We did a partial rehab which included scraping popcorn ceilings and sand mixed walls, retexturing all walls and ceilings, Kilz walls, ceilings, and slab to seal off odors, fresh paint inside and out, new base, new LVP, new vanities and quartz tops, repaired damage facia and soffit, and converted a double garage door into one large single door including a new door. Also hauled off 60 yards of over grown brush, trees, and trash from the yard. All this at less than $20/sf to the client.
