Classic Tuna Pasta Salad
Ingredients
16 oz rotini pasta, cooked and cooled
2 cans tuna, drained
1 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1 cup peas
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions and cool completely.
In a large bowl, combine pasta, tuna, celery, onion, and peas.
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss to coat.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
BBQ Chicken Pasta Salad
Ingredients
16 oz rotini pasta, cooked and cooled
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup corn
1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
Combine pasta, chicken, corn, black beans, onion, and cheddar in a large bowl.
Mix BBQ sauce and ranch dressing together.
Pour dressing over salad and toss well.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
Garnish with extra cheese if desired.
Greek Pasta Salad
Ingredients
16 oz rotini pasta, cooked and cooled
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup cucumber, diced
1/2 cup red onion, sliced
1/2 cup Kalamata olives
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Add pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives, and feta to a large bowl.
Whisk olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently.
Chill for 1–2 hours before serving.
Serve cold.
Ranch Bacon Pasta Salad
Ingredients
16 oz rotini pasta, cooked and cooled
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup red onion, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine pasta, bacon, broccoli, tomatoes, cheese, and onion in a large bowl.
Add ranch dressing and toss until evenly coated.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Stir before serving.

Chill all pasta salads for at least 2 hours before serving.
Add extra vegetables, cheese, or nuts for additional flavor and crunch.
Great for BBQs, potlucks, picnics, and meal prep.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
