A little fuzzy, a little funky, and just right for spooky season. 🌿👻

Meet Bluem’s October Plant of the Month: the Rabbit Foot Fern!

🐾 Fun fact: Those fuzzy “feet” are creeping stems called rhizomes—keep them above the soil and let them roam!

☀️ Bright, indirect light
💧 Water when the top ½ inch of soil feels dry
🌫️ Loves humidity and a cozy spot away from drafts

Stop by Bluem—those fuzzy feet might follow you home! 💚

A new arrival with a little extra meaning 💌🌿

We just got the sweetest collection of cards, gift tags & notepads in at Bluem — created by , an artist who also happens to be one of my high school classmates!

There’s something extra special about getting to fill the shop with beautiful things made by people you know.

Shannon’s designs are colorful, happy, and just the kind of little details we love having around Bluem.

The Funky Frog Peperomia is officially Bluem’s Plant of the Month! 🐸 With its deeply rippled, metallic green-and-silver leaves, this quirky, pet-safe beauty adds the perfect pop of texture to any space.

🌟 Quick Care Guide

Light: Thrives in bright, indirect sunlight. Keep it out of harsh, direct sun.

Water: Let the top 2 inches of soil dry out completely between waterings. Its succulent-like leaves store water, so less is more!

Soil: Use a loose, well-draining potting mix with perlite to protect its shallow roots.

🤓 Fun FactDespite its unique look, the Funky Frog belongs to the Piperaceae (pepper) family and is a distant relative of the plant that produces everyday black peppercorns!
