It all started one afternoon because I (Me, Bette Parham) wanted a Charcuterie Board. We set out to find one that suited the both of us.

eing said we both are perfectionist in what we do…so you can see why we could not settle on a mass marketed board; they did not pass our inspections. So…The Cowboy and Me was established. July, 2021. We bought locally sourced logs, I designed and Dex built, and it all began. The first boards sold out at first showing. Our boards are for sale at The Homestead Steakhouse in Timberlake, NC and/or ordered directly from us. My Charcuterie classes have been quite a success. They are held at least once a month at a local wine shop (Wine A Little) inside of Southern Treasures and at The Homestead Steakhouse.
