🌸 A little reminder about what “small business” actually looks like. 🌸

There are two of us.

Just two people behind the scenes, hand curating the arrangements you ordered months ago, weeks ago, yesterday… or sometimes 12 minutes ago. 😂

We answer the phones.
We take in person orders.
We respond to messages.
We help businesses with their orders.
We process the new flowers that come in.
We condition stems.
We fill buckets.
We empty buckets.
We sweep the floors.
We clean the shop.
We make the arrangements.
We load the van.
We deliver your flowers.
We answer more phone calls.
Then we do it all again.

And sometimes we get the “mean phone call” because someone forgot their anniversary and suddenly needs a dozen roses delivered immediately.

Sir… your wife’s anniversary has been on the calendar for 365 days. 😂

That emergency flower order probably wasn’t on our itinerary for the day either.

But here we are.
Because that’s what small businesses do.

We figure it out.
We hustle.
We sweat.
We carry buckets.
We get flower leaves stuck to our clothes and glue under our nails.
We stay late.
We make it happen.

So when you support a small business, you aren’t just “shopping local.”
You’re supporting people.

People who are answering the phone while processing flowers.
People making your bouquet while their lunch gets cold.
People loading deliveries in the heat.
People sweeping the floor at the end of a long day.
People who genuinely care about what leaves our shop and ends up in your hands.

The people out here sweating, hustling, occasionally cussing under their breath, and doing absolutely everything they can to make your day a little more beautiful.
