These board members, funded by taxpayer dollars, voted against advancing the resolution, which aimed to ensure community safety. Chair David Allaire's behavior during public comment was dismissive, as he interrupted to ask the speaker to be brief while checking his phone. This raises questions about the officials' priorities.
