ked for many well-known design and architectural firms in both NYC and the Hamptons. Her aesthetic was shaped while working under design icon and mentor Vincente Wolf. During this time, Maureen designed various high-end interiors and managed large-scale construction projects. This includes 15 Union Square West, a dramatic 12-story condominium in the historic Tiffany & Co. Maureen lives in Sag Harbor with her husband Michael, and two children P.J.

Sourcing is both aesthetic and logistical. Before a single sample is pulled, the full material world is mapped out on paper. The macro direction established. Each room developed further in the micro boards. We know what we're looking for before we start looking.

This is not shopping. It's building a palette, and then building a plan to execute it.

Materials define a space long before furniture does.

Before we ever start physically sourcing, the full material world is mapped out on paper; the macro direction established, then refined room by room. We have it all as templates before we start filling in the blanks.

In this kitchen: the zellige tile sets the mood. The Calacatta marble anchors the island. The open oak shelves soften everything. Three dominant materials, working together. Furniture is the final layer — and in a room this considered, it almost doesn't matter what it is.
