The most recent completed project. I truly couldn't be happier with the end result! This was a tri-level complete gut job. New master suite in the lower level, gorgeous MCM inspired kitchen with custom cabinets by Brakur Custom Cabinetry. Excellent craftmanship by the Concept Construction crew and an insanely beautiful live edge island top by Element Furniture. Oh, and let's not forget all finishes and fixtures; tile from TileBar, appliances from Grand Appliance and TV, Naperville location and light fixtures from Light Source Lighting in Plainfield. SNEAK PEEK . . . The new lower level master suite in this tri-level is really shaping up! Lighting, flooring and a moody palette makes this space both cozy and fresh. Demo is done on the main level and next week cabinets from Brakur Custom Cabinetry are being installed in the kitchen and new landing zone foyer. When this is complete the crew at will begin the final work on the upper level. All this activity needed careful planning so the owners could remain in their home throughout the remodel & we made it happen!

When we 1st met with our clients, they thought they just wanted a cosmetic update but it was clear that the layout didn't work for their family. We showed them options and we're beyond pleased that they chose this design and Platinum Refinishing to execute the vision!

Had a design review today for a basement I'm doing for repeat clients and finally had a chance to take photos of the master bathroom that was finished before Thanksgiving. They are thrilled and so are we! The vanity is by Brakur Custom Cabinetry and the construction completed by Platinum Refinishing both turned out excellent. Really couldn't be happier with the results.

Thought we'd share the rendering that preceeded the build! We did make the decision to go with the black island Quartzsite (have that rendering on the laptop) and it was definitely the right choice for my client.
