I wanted to address a significant issue we've been facing: a surge in fraudulent activity targeting our rating system. We are committed to maintaining honest and accurate reviews from our valued customers.
Legitimate reviews, both positive and negative, will continue to be displayed. However, we will not tolerate fraudulent activity. Any attempts to manipulate our ratings will result in the immediate removal of the fraudulent review and the blocking of the responsible individual. To further deter this behavior, we will publicly disclose the first name of any identified scammer on our timeline.
Our goal is to protect the integrity of our rating system and ensure an honest experience for all of our customers.
Our first reported incident involves an individual named Joann.
