I woke up grumpy. And then I let little things continue the Grumps. I missed spots painting. had to redo the top of a piece I was working on, for the 3rd time... but no9 matter what happens in my day, I always have something to be thankful for.

Have you ever been in project prison? It's where you are ready to be done with a project but cannot finish it and you feel held captive to unfinished business. I made it up, but I feel like it's real. 😅🫣

Sometimes projects don't go like you planned. Even the small mishaps can be big frustrations. I usually handle the pivots with ease, and can be flexible with all the curveball, but this Dixie Night stand is a whole other ballgame. I am working on the repairs, but it still smells weird. This one is a major challenge to my sanity.

How well does painted furniture hold up over time? I have the 3 year report. Painting furniture isn't for everyone, but aside from just aesthetic preference, is painting furniture in our home the way to go? I tested Rustoleum's Painters Touch Ultra Cover for this toy and book storage hutch in my living room.
