It's been rough, we all feel it. 🫶🏻

Over the past two months I have been reminded how powerful energy can be. Good, bad, spiritual, metaphysical, all of it. I am not going to lie, it has been a difficult time for both My Current Obsessions Company and for me personally.

Sometimes the universe clears space in ways we would never choose ourselves. But that space can become room for growth, reflection, and realignment. We have had to make some changes this year, some very positive and some we didn't really want to make. We are taking time to refocus, reset, and move forward with intention.

I want to sincerely thank the customers who continue to stop by and show us love. Sharing our posts, spreading the word, and being part of this community means more than you know. Our store truly depends on your support, and we appreciate every single one of you. And a huge thank you to Connie for being such an incredible store leader. She is the most kind and caring human and we are so lucky to have her managing the store.

If you are in a season of healing right now, know that you are not alone. Transformation rarely feels comfortable while it is happening, but it is often the doorway to the next version of who we are meant to be.

Here is to emotional renewal, fresh energy, and stepping into the next chapter with clarity and intention. ✨

Please take a moment to read and absorb our message. We want to share something honest and from the heart.

You may have seen the conversations around the nationwide general strike this Friday. While we respect the message and the intention behind it, we have made the decision to remain open.

As a very small business, this time of year is already incredibly difficult, and staying open is necessary for us to keep going.

If you know me personally, regardless of the fact that I am a US Citizen, this moment in time has been emotionally and physically exhausting. Carrying that weight while also running a small business is not easy. Community matters more than ever right now, and we truly need that support to continue.

My Current Obsessions Company exists to be a place of grounding, care, and connection. Mental and emotional well-being are at the core of why we do what we do, especially when things feel heavy or uncertain.

To give back while we stay open, this Friday a portion of our sales will be donated to a local organization that provides support to individuals and families in our area.

If you are able to shop small, please know that your support is deeply felt and genuinely appreciated.

And above all else, please remember: you matter❤️
