Could This Be My Favorite Kitchen Remodel???!!!!
Hurricanes Helene and Milton were not kind to this beach front condo. 😭 God bless my clients who have waited two long years for this transformation. Terrazzo tile floors, incredible cabinets by my team, Miele appliances…It just doesn’t get any better! Chef’s kiss!

Simple = Appreciating The Negative Space
When someone says my designs are “simple” I know what they mean. It’s not the first time I’ve heard that and actually, I quite like the reputation! Simplicity is well thought out design for functionality and timelessness. It works for 2025 and more than likely, for 2045. It’s calming to the senses and easily made fresh with the addition of a new piece of art.
I love hearing how this approach to designing homes makes my clients feel. It’s like receiving a hug at the end of a hectic day, comforting and personal. 🤗

Sometimes I think about how many bathrooms I’ve designed in my 25 years of design work. I couldn’t come up with that number if I tried. But like I say all the time, the transformation photos never get old. This bathroom was for very special clients who, like most, appreciate butterflies but not quite like the previous owner. 🤪
