My client, brought me an image/design she really liked, a required template and this is what she is getting. It is such a thrill and a compliment when I let my clients know their project is complete and ready, no joke, they drop everything and speed here to see. It’s more the high rush of attraction for stained glass art, but they are also super happy to have me create the it. She will be here any minute, 😏🤗🤩. This is the 3rd “eyebrow” window for my client. They are a landlord for new builds and she puts my work into each of her units. She said it truly attracts immediate renters and rent for much longer because they love the glass and a classy landlord.

When a client has a fantastic view from their home with the engineered triptych of extra large windows on the stair landing. But yet, why not add some interesting interest to it. Center panel, all clear textures I designed for an abstract Landscaping exterior scene in addition to my love of the Kokomo semi translucent moon glass, 1LL. Awesome time of day to install with the beautiful blue sky and sunshine.

Today, my shop’s favorite mail carrier Mike picked up this box to ship, I said “Do youth think it’s obvious this box is Fra Gee Lay? It needs to get to Kansas in the same condition it is now”. He replied “wow, Fra Gee Lay, 😳! I didn’t know you were from France!”. 🤣🤣🤣. No, I just wanted to sound as classy as the awesomeness that is in the box.

Additional United Methodist chapel. If you really want to blow your mind is this triptych in the chapel. Over 1500 pieces of individual cur glass. Hand painted and kiln fired and a wall mosaic! It is amazing. And what a sweet steward who wire his best ‘chain’ necklace for the event and so did I. A gift from my mother, her turquoise squash blossom set. I am so grateful ti have been a part of this historical restoration and preservation project.

It was such a beautiful weekend to celebrate the re Dedication of the United Methodist Church in Salt Lake. Western Art Glass was contracted in July 2024 and completed in August 2024 to repair due to some areas of glass vandalism and restore with a full cleaning ALL the stained glass windows in the chapel of this Historic Register Building. Unknown of any date they had ever been cleaned per history records. Original leaded art glass to the building 1905. The stained glass window wood jam frames had sagged and separated. Altho I don’t do woodwork, I know who loves to assist me. And we sealed them up as well. We were recognized this weekend within the re dedication service for our participation and are now documented in church archives and history. What a beautiful chapel. Such a serene feeling to go to church during the week and be in the chapel to work with my dog Riley. Hearing the world happening outside and I got such awesome time alone with these windows.

A Big Congratulatory Shout Out to my Best and Only Off spring to now graduate from SLCC. My ride or die travel mate and THE most Fun to attend All the concerts we do together. And will be doing. She graduated West High a year early with a Full academic scholarship for her AS and undergrad degree at SLCC. The most amazing artist in glass and her custom leatherworks and killing it at Tandy leather as head CSR. I am such a proud mom. So much fun to see her grow up. Her first car, a 5 speed Honda accord, we pulled into the my shop and custom fit fur into the inside roof and the fantastic bumper stickers she adorned it with. So much joy to make memories with her. And now she has almost paid off her 2nd car. And today, another success as a college graduate. I am so grateful for our extended family, all her cousins that have inspired her to get her 1st degree and are All just as Amazing in All their successes and attributes. Cheers to the road ahead Lex. We All Love You for All and everything You are and to become.

Shout It Out Loud to and for My Most Amazing Creation, my daughter, Lexie. She left her teen years yesterday and today starts her 20’s. Her talent for art of drawing, painting, leather and glasswork, a successful college student, my ride or die I can always always always rely on to go to all the concerts we travel for. Metallica, Pantera, Ice 9 Kills, Black Sabbath with Ozzy, Post Malone. And so so many more. I Love You so much. Letting me borrow her sweet Mustang to give grandma a thrill of a ride up the canyon to see mother nature changing her outfit for Fall. What a beautiful day for a fabulous day of Birth.
