Recent Installation of Interface Carpet Tile Installed in Herringbone/Chevron method. This pattern is carried throughout the common areas with Mannington LVT and Tarkett Sheet Vinyl installed in Patient Exam and Procedure Rooms. One Mezzanine is installed with J&J Kinetex. This has been a busy summer working on two major projects in Orem Utah. We have been working with two General Contractors on the Utah Valley University Campus. One project is a major remodel and the other project is a new building on campus. We have had multiple crews working on these project for the past 6 months and the jobs will be complete within the next month. The Architect/Design Firm is Method Studios. Product mix is Interface Carpet Tile, Tandus/Tarkett Broadloom, Roppe Rubber Base and Treads, Shaw LVT.

New Elementary School in Ogden Utah. This project incorporated Interface Carpet Tile with Tarkett Athletic Gym Flooring. All the carpet patterns were hand cut in the field to generate the visual design created by MHTN Architects. The game lines in the gym were hand painted by our installation technicians.

SLC Public Library Carpet Replacement. This is a project that had an old solid color Broadloom carpet that had served its time. The library wanted something to brighten up the space and to have accent colors that appeal to the patrons of the library. The Teen Area and Fiction areas were installed with Blue/Aqua accents and the Children's and Conference room was installed with Green accents. The project consisted of laborious machine removal and prepping the floor as you can see in the photos. The new carpet has created a space that is more lively and welcoming to all who enter the space!

Law Firm in Downtown SLC Ut. This is a multi-level building with brick and wood structure. Product is Interface Carpet Tile and Plank along with Interface Luxury Vinyl Plank. Putting the finishing touches on the U of U Housing project. 1000 students will begin to occupy this beautiful new building next week, with hopes of furthering their education. We have been working on this project from the beginning design phase to installation a total of 16 months which for a project of this magnitude is pretty quick. We would like to thank Okland Construction and the U of U for partnering with us on this project. We also want to thank all the installers, vendors & estimators who made this project a success. Almost complete with the largest campus housing project in Utah. There is still a little work to be done, some finishing details and some minor repairs. We began installing carpet, LVT and sheet vinyl on this project in September 2019 and have installation crews on and off this job for 10 months and you can see in these photos a little of the work we accomplished in this time. I will try to get more photos when the space has been professionally cleaned and is ready for owner occupancy. Interface Carpet Tile, Karndean LVT, Shaw Sheet Vinyl & Roppe Rubber Base.

New installation in progress at a consumer lending company headquarter located in Draper Utah. This installation is broken up with two floors installed with Interface Style Driftwood in two colorways (70/30% split). The 5th floor is installed with Interface Bitrate and Upload from the Streaming Collection. Special installation measures were required which included all contractors on-site wear masks when 6' of separation was not possible. Furniture is now being installed.
