Consider this your permission slip to break a few tile rules.

Small spaces don’t require small tile.
Neutral doesn’t have to mean beige.
Grout doesn’t have to disappear.
And timeless design definitely doesn’t have to be boring.

The best spaces aren’t created by following every “rule”—they’re created by choosing materials, colors and textures you genuinely love.

So go ahead. Mix the tile. Add the color. Choose the unexpected.

Come play with us at Modern Tile.

Trends come and go. Good tile doesn’t.

If we were choosing tile for our own homes, these are the details we’d come back to again and again—natural stone, handmade character, classic patterns, large format, and texture that adds just enough interest.

Because the best spaces aren’t built around what’s trending right now. They’re built around materials you’ll still love years from now.

Save this for your next remodel — then come see your favorites in person.

Fall colors, but make them tile. 🍂

Burgundy. Olive. Chocolate. Cream. The shades taking over our fall wardrobes are looking just as good in our homes.

Rich color doesn’t have to feel trendy—it can be warm, sophisticated, and surprisingly timeless.

Which one are you choosing: burgundy, olive, or chocolate?

Consider this your sign to stop playing it safe with tile.

This client install is such a good example of what happens when pattern, texture and contrast all work together.

The statement stone immediately draws your eye in, while the black vertical tile and organic flooring keep the entire space feeling grounded and intentional.

Bold? Absolutely.
But also incredibly sophisticated.

We LOVE seeing the spaces our clients create with tile from Modern Tile. Save this one for the remodel inspiration folder.

Ready to create your own? Come see us at Modern Tile and we’ll help you put the perfect combination together.
