An Important Announcement from Precision Laser Engraving & Hat Co.
After much thought and consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close our retail storefront and transition back to operating as a home-based business.
Unfortunately, due to limited foot traffic at our storefront, we feel this is the best decision for our business moving forward. While this is certainly not the outcome we had hoped for when opening our storefront, we are incredibly thankful for the opportunity and the experience.
We want to make one thing very clear: WE ARE NOT CLOSING OUR BUSINESS!
Precision Laser Engraving & Hat Co. will continue operating and accepting orders just as we always have. We will still be providing custom leather patch hats, laser engraving, and personalized products for our customers. Orders can continue to be placed through Facebook, phone calls, or text messages.
Most importantly, we want to take a moment to express our sincere appreciation to everyone who has supported us over the past 2+ years. Whether you have placed an order, recommended us to a friend, shared one of our posts, or simply stopped by to show your support, please know that it has never gone unnoticed.
As a small business, every single customer and every order means more to us than you may realize. We are truly grateful for the relationships we have built and the trust you have placed in us.
Although our storefront chapter is coming to an end, our commitment to our customers and the quality of our work remains exactly the same. We look forward to continuing to serve our community and surrounding areas for many years to come.
From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU for believing in us, supporting our small business, and being part of our journey.
This isn’t goodbye — it’s simply a new chapter for Precision Laser Engraving & Hat Co. ❤️
