Flake or polished concrete for a commercial floor? Both are good floors. They do different jobs.

Flake system: a resin coating with broadcast vinyl flake and a clear topcoat. Plenty of color and texture options, and the pattern hides dust and wear between cleanings.

Polished concrete: no coating on top. The slab itself gets ground, densified, and polished, so what's in the slab shows through, patches and all.

Which one fits comes down to the slab's condition, the traffic, what gets spilled, and how the floor gets cleaned. Concrete slabs emit v***r pressure, so if a coating is the answer, the primer has to match the slab. That's why we test first.
