Well, today was officially my last day at my 9-to-5.

First, I want to say thank you. The messages, well wishes, prayers, and support for both my family and The Lemony Lion have meant more than you know. While we're incredibly grateful, we're also taking some time to process what this change means for our family and our little business.

With that in mind, The Lemony Lion will be temporarily closed while we take inventory of our products and supplies, reorganize, and create a menu based on what we currently have on hand.

During this brief closure, please follow our social media pages for updates on reopening dates, menu announcements, and what's next for The Lemony Lion.

Thank you for continuing to support our dream. We appreciate every purchase, share, comment, and kind word. We can't wait to get back into the kitchen and bring more delicious treats to your tables.

Life threw us an unexpected curveball today. I was laid off from my full-time job, so The Lemony Lion will be closed Thursday and Friday while I regroup and figure out our next steps. 🚨 MAYDAY! MAYDAY! OVEN MALFUNCTION! 🚨

The Lemony Lion is CLOSED Monday while we tackle a CF2 error on our main oven. 🍋🦁🔥

Trust us, nobody is more disappointed than we are. We had new goodies planned, but we want to make sure everything is baked to perfection before it hits the stand.

The Lemony Lion will be closed until Saturday. Unfortunately, Leila's stomach bug has made its way through our household, and with your safety in mind, we're pressing pause on baking and food prep until everyone is feeling better.

Unfortunately, Leila is feeling a little under the weather with some tummy troubles, so we will be closed Wednesday, June 3, while we focus on family and helping our little baker feel better.
