Tonight was a culinary adventure for us as we embarked on making our first batch of homemade pasta. We decided to make homemade ravioli stuffed with a delicious blend of kale and cream cheese, and to give it an extra burst of flavor, we tossed it in a rich and savory Tuscan-inspired sauce. Although the pasta turned out a bit tougher than we had hoped, we were able to salvage it by letting it simmer in the sauce for a few extra minutes. The end result was a hearty and satisfying dish that we will definitely be adding to our menu rotation.
