As most of you know I had surgery on Aug. 4th. Although the surgery went well, I still experienced complications and I was re-admitted on August 6th with an infection, blood clots, bladder and gallbladder and cardiac issues. I spent 7 days in a hospital where I got the absolute worst care. We got zero answers. I was discharged on August 12th just to be re admitted (to a different hospital) on Aug. 13th where I was finally diagnosed and we have an actual plan in place. I am on the road to recovery but it will be a long road ahead of me. I will be consulting a number of doctors from hematologist/oncologist, cardiologist, endocrinologist and gynecologist. I have had the best support system with my family. I appreciate those of you whom have been checking in consistently. I am not out of the woods just yet but we are headed in the right direction. Thank you all for the prayers and well wishes! Please take care of yourself and try not to take the little things for granted.. life is so precious!
With all of that being said I have been out of work and was not anticipating things to take a turn. I must give Hector credit for all the work he’s been putting in from driving kids to and from school, rushing to get them to practices, games, sleepless nights and early mornings. (Now you know how it feels 🤭) jk jk although he is doing his best he is not a chef. I mean he will burn water.
Life waits for no one; I don’t like asking for help, those of you who know me will understand how difficult it is for me to even make this post. If you’d like to help with a small donation, gift card, checking in on my kids, or even just sharing the post would be much appreciated during this difficult time. I am forever grateful for my friends and family and the support I have received since everything started. Cashapp:$jess1754 Venmo:JOrdonez1991
