❤️ An Important Update from Pure Creations ❤️

After much thought, we have made the decision to temporarily close our in-home shopping experience through the end of June.

As many of you know, I have surgery coming up, followed by a much-needed family vacation. While this wasn't an easy decision, it's the right one for my health, my family, and my recovery.

Between now and Monday, I will be working alongside Your Mama's Print Shop to help support this incredibly busy season. To make things easier for everyone, I will be moving much of my inventory to her shop so our customers can continue shopping and enjoy an even larger selection all in one place.

I want to reassure everyone that Pure Creations is NOT closing. This is simply a temporary pause that will allow me to focus on healing, spending time with my family, and giving our home back to my family as we prepare for surgery and recovery.

I would truly appreciate your support of Your Mama's Print Shop during this time. If you stop by, please make sure to say hi, show her some love, and let her know that Pure Creations sent you! ❤️

I also want everyone to know that by shopping with Your Mama's Print Shop during this time, you are still supporting Pure Creations as well. Many people only see the finished products on the shelf, but there's a tremendous amount of time, equipment, production, inventory management, and teamwork involved before those products ever make it into your hands. Let me address something because I've been asked why I limit quantities.

This week, one person purchased a large portion of my rhinestone inventory during one of my busiest shopping periods. As a result, inventory that would have been available to multiple customers was gone almost immediately.

I am not a wholesaler. My business is built around serving my customers, not supplying inventory for other businesses to resell.

When large quantities are purchased by one person, I end up having to tell dozens of customers that items are sold out. That's not fair to the people who support my business every week.

Because of this, quantity limits will continue to be enforced moving forward. My goal is to make sure everyone has an opportunity to shop, not just the first person through the door.

🚨 FRIENDLY REMINDER ABOUT PRINTS 🚨

I currently have well over 100 different prints in stock. Because of the volume of messages coming in, it is simply not possible for me to individually send photos of every print I have to every person who asks.

Between processing claims, answering messages, making shirts, handling pickups, and keeping up with production, there just aren't enough hours in the day.

If I post photos of available prints, please take a moment to look through them. If you don't see something you're looking for, feel free to ask about a specific player, theme, or style, but I cannot create a custom photo album for each individual inquiry.

I promise I'm not ignoring anyone. I'm just trying to keep things moving so everyone can get their orders as quickly as possible.

🚨 FINALS SHIRT & PRINT UPDATE 🚨

All Finals prints are still in production and are currently being processed.

At this time, I am working through all claims and reservations so that I can begin reaching out for payment. If you claimed a print or shirt, please be patient. I have a LOT to work through.

My assistant is also helping go through messages, comments, and claims to make sure nobody gets missed. We are doing our best to get through everything as quickly and accurately as possible.

Although the shop is officially CLOSED today, we know there are orders that need to be fulfilled, so we are already working behind the scenes this morning to get everything organized and moving.

Please do not send multiple messages asking for updates. If you claimed an item, we will contact you. Sending additional messages only slows down the process while we're trying to sort through hundreds of notifications.

Gang sheets are available by request and require a 24–48 hour turnaround time. They are not something I keep sitting on a shelf ready to go.

🖤 To My Fellow Business Owners
I appreciate your support, but Pure Creations is not a wholesale print center. I have customers of my own that I supply shirts and transfers for, and out of fairness to them, I ask that you don't rely on me for every print order that comes your way.

If you need 3 or more of the same print, please give me advance notice so I can make sure I have inventory available.
