My brand + my mission.
Five years ago, as a sophomore in college, I walked into my advisor’s office eager to switch my degree to interior design. She then told me it was a four-year program which meant that the two years of credits I already had would not count toward my degree and I would need to be in school for a total of six years. I left her office feeling unsure and disappointed, thinking maybe this wasn’t meant for me. But life has a way of surprising us.
A year ago, an opportunity unexpectedly came my way. Once I realized what I was capable of, I seized the moment and started my own business. What I’ve learned is that sometimes the path to our goals may not be straightforward but perseverance, patience, and trusting God’s timing can lead us to fulfilling our dreams.
So to anyone who needs to hear this and as a reminder to myself, keep going. 🤍
