Had a great meetup with our Assistant Promoter, Geoffrey Carney, to go over strategy and next steps for Adobo Throwdown 4.0 — and trust me, the excitement is real.

Geoffrey has been the quiet engine behind so much of what we do: weekly planning calls, logistics, production strategy, tech setup, and the countless details that make each Throwdown possible. Today’s session pushed things to a whole new level.

We covered:

✨ Streamlined check-in + tech enhancements

Adobo Throwdown LA ➡️ HISTORY MADE. 🇵🇭🔥
Despite the rain, LA showed UP.
Our first-ever West Coast Adobo Throwdown was a huge success—full of energy, community, and nonstop love for Filipino food and culture.

And for the first time ever… my sisters were able to attend an Adobo Throwdown in person. ❤️ That alone made today unforgettable.
