Cooking is an expression of love & when we infuse our food with loving energy our bodies benefit greatly. Born and raised in Germany, I grew up helping my mother and siblings in the kitchen, where my passion for cooking started. I am a Chopra Center Certified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Educator and teach the Chopra Perfect Health Program right here in San Antonio.

Inspired by my German heritage & traditions, my small baking business has really evolved over the years. What began as a way to honor my childhood memories, has grown into something far more meaningful than I ever imagined, thanks to all of you.
