Cibolo Canyons Project…It’s always the greatest compliment when a client returns for a new project! And it was an honor to design a second home for this special client and now longtime friend. This beautiful feminine study was once a plain white box but now it’s bathed in soothing colors and light that perfectly suit our sophisticated client’s lifestyle. Etherial wallpaper, elegant furnishings, and modern lighting complete the space.

✨Farewell 2025 & Welcome 2026!!✨ 2025 was a year of tremendous growth for us and it also came with a lot of challenges, a little bit of heartache and a lot of hope for EXCITING DAYS AHEAD in 2026! Last year began with the sudden and devastating loss of Armando’s Dad, who was easily the best father-in-law ever, and also the one who blazed the trail for us in the construction industry far before “Haven” was ever born. I am so glad that he knew about all of the exciting things happening in our business before he passed and he celebrated those milestones with us with great enthusiasm and anticipation. I am eternally grateful for that. So, for us, 2026 will be a year of growth and of honoring his amazing legacy with our work. 2026 will also be very special for another reason, as we are currently embarking on the two largest design-build projects that we have ever undertaken— at the same time— with additional exciting interior design and furnishings projects also in the works, as well! More details to come on all of that soon! In 2025, we completed our second and third design and furnishings projects in Colorado, three more projects in Texas and worked on two design projects in North Carolina, as well. I’ve traveled so much for design work lately that social media has accidentally taken a back seat and I apologize for that! I’ve realized that I need some help in that department, so you can expect more posts, reels and updates very soon! We are excited to show you what we have in store for 2025! 🎶 On the road again 🎶…we are currently traveling to Denver with a cargo van full of accessories to shoot our second and third projects at “The Club at Ravenna” in Littleton. Here’s a look back at our first project there. So blessed to work with amazing clients in this beautiful neighborhood! All three of these homes are completely different styles and color schemes that perfectly reflect our fantastic clients’ personalities! Can’t wait to share more!

Woodland Heights Project…a look back at one of our favorite dining rooms. We are thrilled to be working with these clients again for a fourth time to design and furnish their new construction dream home in “Freestone”. This luxury development is located on Fairfield Lake between Houston and Dallas, which is the largest privately owned lake in Texas. Looking forward to seeing the next round of architectural drawings soon! Stay tuned.

Cresta Bella Project…we recently had the pleasure of furnishing a beautiful second home for our sophisticated clients in Cresta Bella. The primary bedroom is a sumptuous retreat with layers of beautiful bedding, custom drapery, a sophisticated textured wallpaper, stone front nightstands and an alabaster and gold circular chandelier. The comfortable seating area provides a second zone to relax and unwind.

In furnishing existing homes for clients, we have found that they are often in need a personal touch or a mini-renovation—along with the furniture and drapery— such as changing out existing light fixtures, adding wall coverings, adding decorative moulding to walls, changing out small tile areas and other non-structural upgrades. We enjoyed providing all of these services for this special client, to enhance the beautiful furnishings that we selected for them.

Thank you for featuring Jana Valdez, our principal interior designer, as a Texas designer in the book! It’s an honor to be named as one of the over 60 talented Texas designers and architects in this beautiful publication.

Terrell Hills Mid Century Modern Project…a few of our favorite images from our latest MCM project. We were thrilled that the original wood paneling was still intact in the home’s living room that is cantilevered over the lawn. Just look at those magnificent oak trees through the window! We designed and incorporated some new walnut features, such as the custom geometric wood wall in the breakfast area to enhance the original wood accents in the home. Finally, we added MCM furniture and brightly colored artwork that completes the space.

Terrell Hills Mid Century Modern Project…In the dining room, we built-in a new tall storage cabinet in walnut to warm up the space. The original cabinet had been previously painted over and it had many small impractical drawers with worn out drawer glides. The new cabinet conceals a vertical steel structural beam and also provides practical enclosed storage. The geometric dining table anchors the space while the dining chairs and artwork add personality. The fuschia blooming crepe mrytle branches were cut from a tree in the home’s yard.
