San Antonio is expected to reach its first 100-degree day of 2026, with heat advisories across Texas and high humidity making conditions feel even hotter. Tropical Storm Bertha is weakening as it approaches the Louisiana coast and is expected to have minimal impact as it dissipates by Friday. Flooding continues along the Nueces and Frio Rivers, especially in Cotulla, where major flood stages persist.
