If I had a dollar for every time these guys helped me in the early days, I’d already have my camo-wrapped, stretched Mazda Miata. No doubt.
Ryan Salts from Break Fast & Launch, which is the small business incubator course I took back in 2018 to learn how to run a F&B company, and Mike Miller from Madge’s Foods. Ryan used to help me hand label jars in my tiny shop in August without air conditioning 💀 . Mike would let me mow his lawn during Covid for extra $ when all stores pumped the brakes on ordering. When I struggled to literally keep the lights on, these guys showed up.
Never ever forget the ones who helped you along the way, gang. If you’re ever fortunate enough to find true success, whatever that may be, always remember the ones who made it possible. Needless to say, Brushfire Farms has a long ways to go, but whether we call it quits mañana or go to the moon, my current mileage doesn’t exist without ‘em.
