Mom’s Zucchini Bread 🍞🥒
A classic zucchini bread recipe passed down through generations.

You Will Need:

2 cups grated zucchini
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine grated zucchini, sugars, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool before slicing.
