The City of San Antonio officially dedicated and opened the River Walk Public Art Garden today. Working closely with Arts & Culture, City of San Antonio, San Antonio River Authority, and local/international artists, Terra Design Group provided planning and design services for this project.

Standing in front of Stargazer is Walter Heard, Principal at Terra Design Group, and Reuben Bazan, Senior Manager at River Authority.
