Having coffee now ☕☘️
Ending the day the way I needed - slow, quiet, and just a little removed from everything that tried to take my energy earlier.

There were moments today that tested my patience, left a lingering ache, and made me wish for distance. But not everything deserves to follow me into the evening.

So I’m letting it stay where it belongs - back there.
Right now, it’s just me, this cup of coffee, and a calm I’m choosing to keep.

Taking a few minutes to journal - clearing my mind, softening the edges before I tackle the last of my to-do’s before the day ends.

A gentle reminder that peace doesn’t always come to you… sometimes, you decide it’s yours anyway.
