Garden harvest ➡️ Thai Nam Jim Jeaw steak salad. 🌿🔥
Most of the herbs and vegetables in this bowl came straight from my backyard today. Fresh mint, thai basil, green onions, tomatoes, black cobra chili peppers, and greens combined with a smoky, spicy, tangy Nam Jim Jeaw dressing made from toasted rice, lime, garlic, and chilies. I'm hoping I made my two thai friends proud. One of them is the one that taught me how to get my garden set up. Forever grateful!
