Chef Marian A cooking Portal and Summit for flavorful/healthy eating are on the horizon. She also has been Executive Director of Echo Eden and a VP in Marketing. Her motto?

Chef Marian has been on YouTube continuously, is a Cookbook Writer, Blogger, On Stage Speaker. 3 year worldwide tour of eating and getting certified at Michelin Star Restaurants. Chef Marian has traveled the globe, taking classes, cooking, learning about nutrition, and pairing food and wine. While in Los Angeles, she cooked for celebrities and did regular cooking webcasts connected to both Hawaii

and Guam. She is creator of several nationwide brands, including the Chef Marian brand, and does cooking classes, works with less fortunate kids teaching them a skill and has created a Foundation called "No-Face-Goes-Un-Fed" to end hunger in San Diego. This organization planted organic gardens and food forests all over San Diego and down in Tijuana. If you like to cook or eat..... we probably should meet! And more recently? For more than four decades, Chef Marian has followed one simple truth: food can change lives.

From cooking in private homes to leading major fundraisers, she has spent her life bringing people together around the table.

Her journey has taken her across the world—from Michelin-star restaurants and cooking schools in France, England, Italy, Thailand, and Australia to working side-by-side with chefs in Bordeaux and Florence—always learning, always growing, always gathering wisdom to share with others.

But Chef Marian’s story is about more than fine dining and world travel. It’s about heart. She has built welcoming communities through her San Diego Foodies and Carlsbad Foodies groups.

Now, her greatest mission is taking shape: No Face Goes Un Fed℠, a movement to help end hunger in San Diego and beyond. Supported by Chef Marian Kitchen Confident™ and her new Foodies Founding Membership, this next chapter invites people to do more than learn to cook. It invites them to be part of something meaningful—where every meal, every class, and every gathering helps feed both people and hope.

Ok. Let's see how much you know. Here are ingredients. Which one's would you replace to create healthier food?

4½ tablespoons unsalted butter
2 teaspoons soy sauce
¼ cup sherry
¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole milk
