Flaky Golden Biscuits 🥐✨
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
- 3/4 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
- 1/4 cup melted butter (for brushing)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
4. Stir in milk until a dough forms.
5. Turn dough onto a floured surface, knead gently, and roll to 1-inch thickness.
6. Cut out biscuits and place them on a baking sheet.
7. Brush tops with melted butter.
8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
